Chef Candace's mother taught her the ART of cooking when she was very young. "It was like yesterday… sitting at the kitchen table watching my Mommie cook Sunday dinner, assisting her in the kitchen while listening to Herb Kent in the background...the whole house smelling of Pot Roast & Greens, family gathering around the dining room table laughing & talking..." ~Chef Candace (That's just a snippet of childhood stories Chef Candace will share in her upcoming Cookbook, available in 2023).

Being a mother herself, Candace naturally cooked for her children, but her passion for cooking began in 2016 after her mother passed away from diabetes/high blood pressure/kidney failure.  She then began taking cooking classes to enhance her culinary skills, reading cook books and studying recipes.

Being able to cook food for others has given Candace the opportunity to create and live out her passion.  She is very passionate about cooking, providing healthy meals, and teaching children and adults the importance of eating healthy.

Chef Candace is culturally diverse when it comes to food.  She enjoys traveling the world to experience restaurants and culinary brands and share those experiences with her social media following.
